Thanks for reporting, I can reproduce the problem. I suspect the problem lies in the underlying [tdlib](https://github.com/tdlib/td) conversion to markdown, but I'll need to do some more research.

I will consider this out-of-scope for nchat, as nchat is simply using the underlying tdlib conversion. Once/if it gets addressed there, it will work in nchat too.
