Specify Temp Directory

When running inside of a docker container, extracting to a location in the container can potentially cause the vdisk the containers use to fill up. We need to have the ability to specify a location for the temp extractions to avoid this issue.

I was just yelled at by my seedbox provider for just this reason, please add this.

And to be more specific, I know quite a bit more about python than I did when I originally worked on this. So, it's very very likely I'll revisit this sooner than later and add a lot of improvements.
