Error sending DM - 403 error

I got this error whole sending DM. Anyone know how to get around this or what caused this?

status: 403, message: "{"errors":[{"code":476,"message":"Sender is not verified to send message requests"}]}"

I am running version 2.2.1

It means that the recipient only accepts messages from users with a blue tick.
