clean cache of running apps, manual maybe.
bug The cache cleaning process won't happen immediately, it tries for 5 times and then give it up and move on to the next app.
To Reproduce Just try to clean the cache of any ongoing running application.
Expected behavior The apps should, either clean it at the first time or let the user do it manually so, it'll be fast and less time consuming and frustrating.

Could be dupe of #1016, please provide a debug log
I beg to differ, I belive, the app needs a manual cleaning option. That allows user to interact with the system while, cleaning on automation mode.

The same thing happens to me, with a one plus 11
Manually intervening in the acs based cache deletion is out of scope. While useful in some cases, it's too complicated for too little benefit. The goal is to make manually intervening unnecessary.
For running apps there will be a feature that force-stops apps before clearing cache.
