Add intro on first run and/or help page explaining permission icon bar on Apps tab

I didn't get how to interpret the bars on the Apps tab for a bit, and while it's certainly not complicated and most users will probably figure it out on their own, having a brief explanation would be helpful. Right away I figured the icons represented permissions the app had, but I was wondering at first why some were gray and some blue. I realize now that's requested/granted, but new users could probably use a nudge on that.
