Implement stream via RTMP

Hi. Using an RTMP link, we could transmit on some platforms directly, without going through third party applications. Thanks

Just finished v0.2.0 which added support for multiple video data consumers to allow recording video while in the background. This also paves the way for streaming video while in the background, so we are also a little bit closer to implementing this :grin:
