Wildcard Root Domain (www, etc?)

None of these blocklists have root wildcard domain blocking. So for example, www tiktok.com still works, but tiktok.com doesn't. Same for youtube, facebook, etc. I've verified this with the latest...

It seems you a lot of patches related to tiktok open which aren't accepted. If this list isn't maintained perhaps it should be github-archived. (Or open up to other maintainers...
