Anyone else get varying results on this test using FreshTomato's Adblock?

I'm finding that the results I get with FreshTomato's Adblock function are all over the place. They vary, sometimes wildly. Even when done within a few minutes of each other.

Any suggestions on this?

Would you mind sharing details of what FreshTomato's Adblock is? I found a project on gh, but it's 4 years old and I don't think this is the one. Could it be https://freshtomato.org/ ?
