uBlock Origin simply hard-wires blocking all the third party content on your domain. You could set up another domain to detect that all third party content is being blocked in order to show that the test isn't able to work. It shouldn't show a misleading 100% as if it was all blocked, since it isn't actually all blocked. Some of the test cases are not actually domains used to serve ads or gather analytics. Some are just not using a path that is blocked since they're multi-purpose domains. Other tests are valid but ad blockers don't want to block them because it breaks web sites due to scripts, etc. depending on it working so they're cheating at the test for it instead.
