Also, thanks for pointing me to the plugin @jwhitlock, I'll try it out.
The problem is that I'd like to treat failed assertions as errors, which selenium can't know about. This is why I'm experimenting with django-nose.
Would you be OK with just getting rid of this line, changing the default?

Wouldn't we have to make the code more deterministic overall in order to achieve this? Make the project generate same data on different computers?
