Binary prefixes

When visualising information, it would be quite useful to have the option of not just SI prefixes but also IEC binary prefixes, i.e. 1024 == Ki, 1048675 == Mi, etc.

Sounds like a reasonable suggestion. I have no immediate plans to implement this but would be willing to review a pull request that implements it.

#70 is a good option (needs to be rebased on main to be reopened).

@Fil I rebased #70 on top of main and ran a couple of macros on the tests to keep them up to date. Let me know if there is anything else you need 😉

Since it seems based on this comment that the IEC prefixes got stalled due to the currency changes -- would it be possible to extract the IEC changes to the main project?
