Fixed in [ImageGlass 9.1.8.723](https://github.com/d2phap/ImageGlass/releases/tag/9.1.8.723)
You will need to open Default Apps setting, select ImageGlass from the list of "Photo viewer". Windows 10/11 makes it harder to programmatically set default app.
