Open the image

2️⃣ Actual behavior

Error occurred after loading for more than 30 seconds.

3️⃣ Expected behavior

Open the image successfully and quickly. In comparison, the built-in Microsoft Photos takes 2 seconds just to initially load an image, and a full 8 seconds to fully load it (with drag-and-drop support).
