Ability to Resize Window in Frameless Mode

I really like how clean the frameless mode looks. but it often happen to me that I need to resize the window. And currently the only way to do that is to exit frameless mode, resize window, then re-enter frameless mode.

It'd be nice if the frameless mode is behaved as the frame is there but just not visible (or extremely thin)

Side note: also like to see a close button in frameless mode as I like to use mouse instead of keyboard when browsing photos
