customize mouse scroll wheel and other mouse buttons if they are available.

Mouse scroll button should customize between zoom-in/out or having to hold
ctrlorshift+ move scroll wheel. -
Also what I really want is to test mouse wheel zoom in/out vs mouse wheel scroll up/down page (image).

some mouse wheels can click left and right. so left mouse wheel click could go to previous image in folder. Right mouse wheel click could go to next image in folder

there should be a preference menu to customize mouse shortcuts. Some mice have several buttons.

I'm sorry to be stupid, but you'll have to be more specific. ImageGlass already has MouseWheel customizations:
So you could set a ctrl/shift/alt combo to be zooming, and another combo to be next/prev.
