if server = windows and storage_path = file:mode=plain create users name= “com1” pvpgn server down

@yjfyeyu thanks for the info, "com1" is on of the reserved file names on Windows Fixed here https://github.com/HarpyWar/pvpgn/commit/8af97e7ad85e6ba4a3f4bbf89b17b6265d610d2b
