sqlite's install should be done via the install_deps.sh file

You can also fix this yourself by locating and editing shredder.py and editing lines 33 and 34 - - https://github.com/x89/Shreddit/blob/master/shreddit/shredder.py#L33 - https://github.com/x89/Shreddit/blob/master/shreddit/shredder.py#L34 Change "replace" to "shift"
