I am using Seedconv 6 and dragging the 00000 file but its not generating seeddb.bin

This tools is very much outdated. By now, seeds can be downloaded directly from Nintendo's servers, or you can even get an up-to-date and complete seedbb.bin with a little bit of searching. No need to still get seeds from the console in 2023. Also: seeds are not unique, if you didn't know yet.
