Update documentation for embedded terminal use

Describe the Feature Request

It is not very clear in the documentation (and the tour?) that the terminal extension must be explicitly allowed in order for it to be used. This issue is is the result of https://github.com/d0c-s4vage/lookatme/issues/113, which was created because of lack of clarity around the use of embedded terminals.
