Added boots of disregard, going to need clarification on what bonuses DB benefits from.

I'm like 90% sure at this point that Death's Bargain:

Doesn't stack with main stat. Doesn't stack with Litany/Host. Doesn't get affected by nor trigger the Broken Promise effect.

---

Does get boosted by Endless Walk.

These are according to reports on the D3 Game Guide comments and personal testing a while back
