How can an exe fit in 128 bytes

If my understanding is correct, the cylera.exe is kept in the preamble section of cylera.dcm in the final dcm file. The preamble is only 128 bytes. However the exe is of 103 KB. Then how can it fit in the preamble section. Or only a part of the executable is kept in the preamble.

Can someone please explain this in little detail.
