The width of the sticky elem is 0 when the elem is hiding first. For example,

1. Create a sticky element and hide it with ng-hide
2. Scroll to the bottom of the page (the sticky element is not shown)
3. Make the sticky element shows

Problem: The sticky element is shown but with width set to 0 (the first width when hiding).
