'Container' element is no longer supported.

Hi, I was using the npm version of ngSticky (1.7.11) and was making use of the 'container' attribute. Switching over to the most recent version (1.8.4), I can't find a way to replicate this feature.

Related question: Is there a way to use another scroll container (apart from the body)?

Here's are codepens illustrating my situation: v1.7.11: http://codepen.io/anon/pen/eZNwwe?editors=1010

v1.8.4: http://codepen.io/anon/pen/qZdezE?editors=1010

NOTE: The only difference is the ngSticky version

I have tried using the 'confine' attribute to accomplish this to no avail....
