Links between notes (or from notes to some line in the source code)

Description

It would be nice to have a way to add links to a note that jump to another note (or specific line in the code?). Currently, it would be necessary to use github to copy a link to a part of the code that would become available through a note. I noticed I can add links to the note (markdown). Maybe it could integrate with the Bookmarks extension?
