Improvements

This pull request makes the following changes:

• reworks the project to use invoice2 instead of invoice, which -- among other things -- displays the amounts with the German comma instead of a decimal point, effectively putting into practice what was talked about in Issue #3
• removes the files invoice.sty and invoice.def, since they have been rendered obsolete due to the change to invoice2
