Does the problem exist on the latest Bytebase version 3.9.1?
"413 Request Entity Too Large" seems to be errors coming out of nginx proxy instead of Bytebase service. Here are some findings online: https://www.cyberciti.biz/faq/linux-unix-bsd-nginx-413-request-entity-too-large/
