generated GdxDefinition.gwt.xml files have wrong DOCTYPE

Should be:

!DOCTYPE module PUBLIC "-//Google Inc.//DTD Google Web Toolkit trunk//EN" "http://google-web-toolkit.googlecode.com/svn/trunk/distro-source/core/src/gwt-module.dtd"

Note that I had to remove the angle brackets <> so it would show up in git.

I believe we copied it from the original gdx-setup, so they might have (or had) the same issue.
