I'm also having this problem, I thought it was only in my project but in external urls it also gives the same error

Some years back I had to use https://ableplayer.github.io/ableplayer/ (not even sure maintained now, but you get the idea).
You can enable proprietary codecs by building CEF/Chromium from sources with the proprietary_codecs=true ffmpeg_branding=Chrome GN arguments.

Do i need to just build chromium and place inside phpdesktop or build whole phpdesktop? Any tutorial?
If you build exact same version of CEF/chromium that is embedded within phpdesktop, then it should be enough to just replace CEF/chromium binaries without the need to build phpdesktop. CEF/chromium version is logged at startup, see debug.log file or console.
