New branch "PHP Desktop Gecko" with Firefox engine under the hood
There have been some updates to Gecko documentation on embedding using the new API. However, many links to examples or blog entries are broken. See the up-to-date docs here:

Examples of embedding using win32/gtk/qt can be found in the repository: http://hg.mozilla.org/incubator/embedding/file/1865a6a331eb
The old doc pages that are still outdated: https://wiki.mozilla.org/Embedding/NewApi https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Mozilla/Gecko/Gecko_Embedding_Basics

I would be interested in a Servo embedded version. I mean sure, Servo is still very unstable, but it will mature and since they are supporting the CEF API, it shouldn't be too hard to maintain besides the Chromium version. An embedded Gecko can't compete currently with Chromium; and Servo is the future of Gecko fur sure.
