Validator: force relations to be present and/or have associated content

Since the validator manages the nested validation rules for all relations, it should be possible to define how those relations should be filled. It should also be considered whether it may be useful to force min:3, size:2 type rules for plural relations, and to toggle allowing dissociation of BelongsTo relations.
