Encoding in JSON files not as readme states.

There are no rests encoded as -1 in any of the chorales found from Jsb16thSeparated.json . In fact, many of the time steps have lists which are fewer than 4 elements, some are even empty lists. Why is the readme.md not reflecting this?

A text search for -1 in Jsb16thSeparated.json gives me several results. Are you sure you're not looking at jsb-chorales-16th.json? The former has voices separated and therefore always has four pitches on, with rests indicated by -1. The latter does not have voices separated and will have fewer than four pitches if some voices are silent.
