Unable to parse uptime with bird 2.14

Uptime is always 0, example output:

at_router03_4 BGP        ---        up     08:49:09.974  Established
  Description:    Uplink to at-router-03 (IPv4)
  BGP state:          Established

bird_protocol_uptime{export_filter="export_crosslink4",import_filter="import_crosslink4",ip_version="4",name="at_router03_4",proto="BGP"} 0
