Convert to Workbox

Would it make sense to convert this to Workbox? Or maybe create a new project. https://developers.google.com/web/tools/workbox/

sw-toolbox and sw-precache are deprecated in favor of Workbox.

i just realized this. workbox is great. i will give it a try when i have time.
