ansible:2.9-infra latest image uses Python3.10, which is not compatible with Mitogen

Two issues are affecting this image that recently got updated:

  • https://github.com/mitogen-hq/mitogen/issues/906
  • Mitogen is not compatible with Python 3.10 apparently
