Failing builds

Builds for docker-ansible-lint 6.x have been failing since February. ansible-lint development got more active recently so it would be useful to have up to date images.

The failing builds not only affect the images for 6.*, but also all other pushes (even latest). By now, the Dockerhub images are four months outdated and do not contain current Alpine fixes anymore. Are there any plans to fix the broken pipeline? I personally could not make sense of the used GitHub action, so no PR from me.
