[Feature]: Update timezone database

What is your idea or feature suggestion?

Update timezone database, now using old style time zone database.

While deploying with setting specific timezone, getting error:

 ERROR [ERR]  Invalid timezone for $TIMEZONE.
[ERR]  Timezone 'Europe/Kyiv' does not exist.
