Using latest cytomine-core with bootstrap

Can someone please explain, or point me how to find instructions on, how to use the latest version of cytomine-core (e.g. 3.2.3) with the boot loader package (latest version is currently 3.1.0)?

We have some big problems with image previews (missing/low resolution tiles), which was not resolved when updating to 3.1.0 and I want to see if a newer version resolves it before a reinstall...
