How to install Cytomine Community Edition Legacy

• You are encouraged to install this Legacy edition (v3.1.0) if you want to integrate AI Apps inside your Cytomine web interface.
• But if you do not need AI and start a new project without older data coming form another Cytomine, we encourage you to install Cytomine Community Edition 2023.1 instead of a Legacy.
