terms cannot be deleted

Hello,

I have encountered an issue with terms in cytomine. They cannot be deleted. Neither via the web UI nor via the API. When I try to delete them via the web UI, a message says, that it is successfully deleted, but after a refresh the term reappears and is also still fetchable via the api. I am logged in as the default admin.

Can you provide us the following information ? What are your Cytomine version (can be seen in the About Cytomine) in the Web UI ? Can you share a scenario that we will try to reproduce ? Does terms has been associated to annotations, does these annotations still present or have they been deleted ?

Hello,

@ChristophNeuner seems to have used the Cytomine ULiège edition using the pims branch. I have reproduced the bug only in the ULiège edition as a fix was done by @geektortoise in commit b309245 in Cytomine-core of the community edition, which wasn't merged yet in the pims branch of the ULiège edition.

The issue can be closed as it is fixed by commit 837e0fd in Cytomine-core ULiège edition.
