ability to rewatch a movie/episode

currently a movie/episode is not scrobbled if one watches it again... but if you like to track how often you watched a movie/episode it should be scrobbled everytime you watched it for more than x percent...

maybe check for lastseen date and if its older than 1 day reset the scrobbled/percent flags
