Fold / Collapse arrow missing after 0.31.0 release

The folding arrow is missing, so passages cannot be folded.

I'm having trouble understanding your issue. You mention two different affected versions, but your screenshot seems to show different results for each. Could you clarify which version is actually affected and what the expected behaviour should be?

Are you suggesting a new feature be added to an older version?

The image's label I did were wrong; see the updated image.

The affected versions are v0.31.0 and v0.31.1. You would expect to have a folding arrow right next to the passage name (like the image v0.30.1) to be able to close the entire passage.

Could you share an example file which I can try to replicate this issue with? It works on most files I have in the newest version.

Sorry, the arrows show up just fine on my system. I'm unable to reproduce the issue...

I did a test on Visual Studio Code 1.96.4 (Not Insider) and it works.

So the insider build (1.97.0-insider) could be causing problems? I have 3 machine having the same problem with the insider build
