Error in Windows 10 + IE 11
Thank you for your product, but I have a problem and it's not easy.
Without Windows 10 + IE 11, it looks be fine. Which OS, which browser... What ever. But, in Windows 10 + IE 11, sometimes I can't complete a good encoded file. I guess this file's play time is similar to my record time, but from any point, it does not have a sound. It's mute. This point looks a encode error. When the encode is progressing, sometimes, it makes delay and that point might be a error point.
I've got a Sri-soham's version and do lower bitrates to 32kbps. Well, it's not bad, but its quality is not good. So, I've changed the bitrates to 48, 56, 64, but it makes a problem, sometimes.
Who can fix this problem? MP3 Encoder for AS3 is rare...

Oh, one more point. I heard that Windows 10 has a problem for getTimer() and I've found it in "ShineMP3Encoder.as". So, I removed them all and it has been better but it's not solved all.
