Cypress video recording cut off a little bit too early
Current behavior
Let's use https://dashboard.cypress.io/projects/7s5okt/runs/4921/test-results/96046daa-69f6-4960-a226-7de6a161a7c5/video as an example:
Above is the last frame of the recorded video. As you can see, "login as user" is still showing "in progress".
Technically, we can know for sure everything is tested and passed in CI log
However, it is difficult to share the recorded video with non-technical collaborators and ask them to 100% believe in the videos...
Desired behavior
Record all the way and wait for the test log to collapse

Thanks for opening an issue. I have seen this before but I don't believe an issue has been opened so this will be used to track this situation.
I also encountered this problem, is there a suitable solution now? chrome: 86.0.4240.198-1 cypress: 7.7.0
I also encounter this problem very often. Currently, as a workaround, I am adding a cy.wait(2000) at the end of the last test on each file.
How can I help to solve this?
I am currently using Cypress 10.6.0.
This issue has not had any activity in 180 days. Cypress evolves quickly and the reported behavior should be tested on the latest version of Cypress to verify the behavior is still occurring. It will be closed in 14 days if no updates are provided.
Likely Test Replay gives a more accurate representation of what happened during the test and is not cut off, just knowing how it works under the hood. I'd recommend reviewing the Test Replay for those of you that are using the Cloud.
Using cypress 12.17.4. We have tests intermittently failing in CI. While the screenshot is able to grab where the error first occurs, we rely on the final error with the stack trace that gets logged at the end of entire test. Videos are cut a few frames too short for us to be able to see it. Using a media player I can see the last stack pop up but its only like 1ms, so impossible to pause the video to see the stack trace.
We do not have access to Cypress Cloud. Looking for a solution for non cypress cloud users
on Cypress 14.0.0 More than 3 years with no solution for one of the core feature is weird. Indirectly signalling to go for "cloud" bc it can be seen there?
