Docker configuration changes for Cypress GUI Linux + CircleCI config fix

The current docker-compose and cypress dockerfile sample doesn't work for Linux cypress interactive mode. To make it work in Linux, some changes are required in the docker-compose file and some dependencies need to be installed so that cypres can use current IP as the display.
