Enhancement: rss feeds bulk import (opml/xml)

I follow several rss feeds, both on my desktop and mobile and tablet and laptop, and sync rss feeds main list between device using opml/xml contaning the list of all feeds. Most rss readers have opml or xml import/export so this is convenient when you have 50+ feeds in the list, compared to manual re-encoding on every new device. Cypht could benefit from being able to bulk import a list of rss feeds, and export as well.

This could be somehow "unified" with import/export of emails (in UI; maybe also in the import/export core logic).

We could even consider as a first step just export in the same format as email export (better any export than none). Later the export format could be made parametrizable in UI.
