Bug: Wallets don't open when node server is down

Current Behavior

If the dogecoin electrumx server is not responding, clicking the top level dogecoin group of wallets has no response to the UI.

Expected Behavior

The wallet or choice of wallets should always open, even if there is no connection.

Reproduce Steps

Create and sync a wallet. Known to happen with dogecoin. Exit to the main Stack screen. Prevent network connection to the electrumx node server. Try to open the wallet.

Environment

Confirmed on Android and Linux.
