Feature Request: Add 'InstantPay' threshold.

The Bitcoin.com wallet has an InstantPay threshold one can set for a wallet, it's the amount up to which the wallet will immediately send the transaction without having to go through the Preview -> Send confirmations. Very convenient when actually using BCH as cash and spending it multiple times per day.
