To guide on initial setup a new conf bool attach to header in admin & front-end

0. Basics Logo / Name
1. Creating a bitcoin wallet or setting the address yourself
2. Createing a nostr key or setting an npub yourself

Button to confirm (flip bool) or exit Both should redirect you to your admin section

The initial setup bool should become part of the CLI ! ( Build or Deploy mode)
