Move MAP mbtiles file setting into main settings page and persist so the desired map is rendered properly

4. Description of your issue: Add a mbtiles file configuration setting on the settings page to make the MAP automatically load the desired mbtiles file when the page is rendered. It defaults to the European open map file, even if that mbtiles file is removed and replaced with the vfrsec.mbtiles file. It's annoying to have to open the map dialog and re-select the US vfr option every time.

If possible, enable "Replay Logs", reproduce the problem, and provide a copy of the logs in http://192.168.10.1/logs/stratux/ and http://192.168.10.1/logs/stratux.log.
