Unable to use annotations with @cyntler/react-doc-viewer – no clear implementation example

I am trying to use the annotation feature from the @cyntler/react-doc-viewer package, but I am unable to understand how to properly implement it.

How to render existing annotations

How to listen to annotation events (add, update, delete)
